1. Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams to prioritise across AI and software platforms communicating progress, blockers and outcomes.
2. Influence value-driven backlog by engaging with stakeholders across multiple group functions to drive business impact.
3. Shape and prioritise the backlog, work with technical leads and utilise your understanding of customer needs to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
4. Communicate product goals and priorities to team members and stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.
5. Participate in architecture discussions, peer reviews, and design sprints, ensuring technical quality and maintainability.
