We are recruiting for Minibus Drivers to join our team in Rochester, on a permanent, part-time basis working 22.5 hours per week. Shift times vary but are usually between 07:00 AM 09:30 AM, and14:30 PM 17:00 PM, Monday to Friday during term-time.
You will be working alongside the Passenger Assistant, you will be responsible for collecting and taking clients to and from specific locations within the Medway area.
This role will include transport to and from a number of day cares and schools, therefore it is important that you are able to support passengers needs whilst prioritising safety.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Acting as first point of contact with passenger assistant between passengers, parents, carers, and staff.
2. Responsibility for safety, welfare, and proper conduct of passengers in accordance with their emotional or physical needs.
