Head of Digital | Manchester/Hybrid | Salary up to £120k | B2B | Salary up to £125k Basic
A growing B2B organisation is looking for a Head of Digital to lead its digital function, with full accountability for performance, strategic direction and commercial growth. This position will shape the delivery of scalable, high-quality digital products and services that meet the evolving needs of a diverse B2B customer base.
The Head of Digital will oversee the product, engineering and design teams, working across both direct and partner channels to ensure a strong digital presence and seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the performance and day-to-day management of the digital function, owning a P&L exceeding £20m.
2. Drive the development and optimisation of digital products and services, including self-service tools, online ordering, and omnichannel solutions such as click & collect and service portals.
3. Set and deliver commercial targets for digital, including new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
4. Develop strong relationships across the organisation and with external digital partners to align and scale digital initiatives.
5. Build, coach and develop a high-performing digital team, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
