The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and innovative individual to support nursing leadership at a senior level within GG&C Ophthalmology services.
Ophthalmology services are citywide, spanning 7 sites under the South Sector. In this challenging role, you will inspire others, lead by example, and foster a culture of continuous quality improvement, valuing professional development and striving for excellence in patient care delivery.
The post holder will work with the senior management team to achieve activity, financial, and staff performance targets, while maintaining quality standards. Budget management, staff management, and business planning are key responsibilities.
Applicants should be registered nurses with a first degree or equivalent experience, with management expertise gained within the NHS or a similar complex organization. Strong influencing and leadership qualities, along with a proven track record of successful delivery and collaboration, are essential.
