Responsibilities
1. Maintain RAID, programme documents, decision logs, and governance records.
2. Support management reporting, including dashboards and meeting packs.
3. Assist with scheduling, milestone tracking, and site visit coordination.
4. Track budgets, resources, and timesheets.
5. Coordinate meetings, workshops, agendas, minutes, and action logs.
6. Support document control, change logs, and quality checks.
7. Maintain SharePoint/Teams and ensure data accuracy.
Skills & Experience
8. Strong PSO/PMO background in complex programmes.
9. Confident stakeholder engagement and communication.
10. Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
11. Dashboard/reporting experience desirable.
12. Ability to secure NPPV3 + SC clearance.
