This role would suit a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with specific Residential Conveyancing experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a brilliant team undertaking high value and high quality work.
Residential Conveyancer responsibilities:
* Running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from initial instruction to completion to include purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity
* Providing quality advice to clients
* Undertaking some business development and networking opportunities
Residential Conveyancer requirements:
* You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with experience gained specifically within Residential Conveyancing
* You will be able to run your own caseload from initial instruction to completion
* You will be motivated and ambitious
* You will have strong communication skills
* Ideally, you will have local connections and a desire to build relationships with referrers, agents and the local community
