You will provide essential support on a wide range of ER matters, including complex casework and employment tribunals. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will: * Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Employee Relations Managers and Advisors. * Coordinate Employment Tribunal (ET) responses, liaising with solicitors, managers, HR, and witnesses to ensure timely and accurate submissions. * Administer and track complex ER casework, including investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievances, and appeals. * Maintain and update the ER case management system (e.g. Assure, Selenity), case trackers, and regular reporting documentation. * Accurately minute complex and sensitive ER meetings, ensuring timely and secure distribution. * Manage the external transcription service, including bookings, cost monitoring, and compliance with data ha...
