This growing brand is looking for an experienced Senior Dress Buyer, to join and lead the team on 12 month MAT cover.
About the Role:
- Working closely with the Head of Buying to executing comprehensive buying strategies
- Working closely with CEO and the team on the sustainability strategy
- Identifying emerging trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities
- Conducting regular market research and competitor analysis
- Regularly liaising with suppliers and vendors
- Monitoring and analyse sales performance and inventory levels,
About you:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience managing a team
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
