Overview
Procurement Administrators responsibilities include communicating with network partners, sending out planned future works, evaluating network partners used, and coordinating and grouping work to support better buying options.
Reporting to: Deputy Delivery Operations Manager
Main Responsibilities
* Communicate effectively with network partners by distributing information regarding planned future works and project requirements.
* Evaluate and select network partners based on previous usage and performance to optimize procurement decisions.
* Coordinate and consolidate work orders to leverage better purchasing options and achieve cost efficiencies.
* Perform accurate data entry and manage multiple systems to ensure all procurement data is up-to-date and error-free.
* Collaborate closely with various internal departments to support project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
* Provide constructive feedback on poor performance and work collaboratively to support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide coverage during holidays.
