This is a full-time, permanent positionMonday to Friday 08:00 16:30 As a EV Assembly Technician, you will work across EV motor production, assembling and disassembling motors, supporting R&D projects, learning from different departments, working safely, and keeping accurate build records. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Team Lead and engineering team to drive continuous process and product improvements. Assemble and disassemble EV motors, inverters, and Power Distribution Units (PDUs). Perform equipment changeovers on test rigs efficiently and safely. Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications to accurately complete production tasks to the required standard. Record and document test results in accordance with company protocols. May involve occasional off-site work as required. Successful EV Assembly Technician with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, including High Voltage experience. Experienced in EV motor assembly and production, working independently and within a team. Skilled in using hand and power tools, digital measuring instruments, and machinery to assemble, modify, or fabricate components for testing purposes.
