This is a pivotal role for an agency Producer who excels at strategic content interpretation and execution. You will be the essential link that takes complex B2B content, particularly for clients in Financial Services and other corporate sectors, and transforms it into flawless, technically executed live, virtual, and hybrid event environments.
The Role: Strategic Producer, Content Translator.
This position moves beyond standard logistics. We need a leader who can operate strategically and technically, working directly with C-Suite Directors.
* Strategic Execution: Expertly lead the development and delivery of mid-to-large scale/complex events (conferences, roadshows, awards). You ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to an impeccable standard.
* The Technical Narrative: Your core skill is taking complex client content and agendas and translating them into a clear technical running order and compelling 'event environment.' You define the flow, stage requirements, and execution plan, collaborating with the dedicated content creation team.
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a confident subject matter expert, building trust with $\text{C-Suite}$ and senior B2B clients. You expertly connect the delivery method directly to the strategic message.
* Commercial Growth: Leverage your expertise to grow client relationships, securing repeat business and actively contributing your execution vision to new pitch proposals.
* Team & Supplier Leadership: Manage extended teams and a large network of external suppliers, leading by example and mentoring junior team members.
What We Need You to Bring:
* Agency Foundation (Essential): Proven, successful career as a Producer within an events or creative agency environment, managing projects end-to-end.
* Content Interpretation Expertise: Specific skill in translating client content and agendas into a clear, technical production reality (running orders, stage plots).
* Production Fluency: Deep understanding of production and digital platforms across live, virtual, and hybrid formats (including broadcast elements).
* Commercial Acumen: Highly organised, with a commercial mind, comfortable working to financial targets and spotting opportunities for growth.
* Resilience & Communication: A confident communicator with high emotional resilience, adapting quickly and positively to change and pressure.
