Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for a Customer Support Adviser to join our dynamic and supportive team.
In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals referred to us by their Job Centre Work Coaches. You'll play a key part in ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into our programme, helping participants feel supported from the very beginning of their journey.
We're looking for someone who has proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Has a warm, engaging personality with a natural ability to connect with people. Has strong computer literacy and excellent keyboard skills and has the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary range of £24,242.40 to £26,354.40 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great additional benefits:

Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm
