About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate tutor to deliver the Level 3 Children and Young People’s Workforce Diploma to adult learners who are already employed in the Education sector.
This is an excellent opportunity to support learners to develop their careers in childcare, early years and education.
You will play a key role in supporting adult learners to gain vital skills, achieve qualifications, and progress in their careers and everyday lives.
Main Responsibilities
•Deliver engaging teaching and learning sessions
•Conduct placement visits and observations
•Support learners to build portfolios and achieve qualifications
•Track progress and provide feedback
•Embed safeguarding and professional practice
About You
We are looking for someone who:
•Has industry experience in childcare/early years/education
•Has a teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards one)
•Has knowledge of Level 3 vocational qualifications and the ability to develop engaging teaching and learning material to support these specifications
•Is confident in the use of online teaching platforms e.g. Microsoft Teams
•Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate adult learners.
•Is flexible, professional, and committed to high-quality teaching and learning.
•Holds a full UK driving licence and is willing to travel to other HLNSC campuses and placement settings as required.
