So, what will you be doing?
* Confirming and managing hotel bookings while ensuring services remain within budget
* Arranging transport, tours, attraction tickets and dining reservations
* Negotiating supplier rates and making adjustments to ensure smooth tour delivery
* Liaising with internal teams to communicate updates and requirements
* Costing additional client requests and managing associated documentation
* Preparing detailed itineraries and tour documents for guests and suppliers
* Monitoring tour progress to ensure all elements run as planned
* Resolving guest queries and supporting other departments when required
* Proactively identifying and resolving potential service issues
