What You'll Do
* Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Team Leaders and operators
* Champion a strong safety culture—Safety is a Condition
* Deliver the production stream strategy and key performance targets
* Drive OPEX and continuous improvement across processes and standards
* Analyse data, tackle priority issues, and remove bottlenecks
* Ensure high-quality, right-first-time manufacturing (GMP focused)
* Support audits, maintenance activities, planning changes, and customer visits
