What are we looking for?
We're looking for a designer who knows how to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals that spark action. You'll need to be someone who Has professional experience in graphic design (agency, freelance, or in-house) Is confident designing across predominately digital formats Has a strong working knowledge of Canva and familiarity with Figma for collaborative design Understands how to create an accessible, inclusive design that reaches diverse audiences Can work collaboratively and iterate quickly, balancing creativity with practical delivery Brings enthusiasm, purpose, and attention to detail to every project

We're looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to help bring to life a bold campaign that shows how skills-based volunteering is already transforming lives — and inspires even more people to get involved. If you can combine strong visual storytelling, design flair, and practical know-how to create content that cuts through the noise and motivates people to act, this is your chance to shape a message of hope and impact that will resonate across the UK. Reach is the leading skills-based volunteering charity and the UK's single biggest source of trustees for the voluntary sector. We connect charities and groups with people who want to volunteer their skills and play an active part in creating a better society. It's an exciting time for Reach. We're about to launch a new-look platform based on new technology, and we want to ensure our campaign is as visually powerful as the stories it tells. With messaging and audience insight already in place, we're ready for a designer to help us turn words into compelling visuals that inspire action. Working closely with our Head of Communications and Marketing, and alongside other campaign volunteers, you'll Develop a consistent visual identity for the campaign, aligned with Reach's evolving brand Design engaging campaign assets for digital channels (social media graphics, email headers, web and landing page visuals, etc.) Create materials that showcase real volunteer stories and impact (case study layouts, shareable quotes, posters, short-form video graphics, etc.) Support the production of campaign toolkits that charities and volunteers can use to amplify the campaign Advise on the most effective formats for shareability, coherence of branding, and impact within our limited-budget, volunteer-led context
