Due to an internal promotion, there’s now an opportunity to join an efficient, collaborative finance team as a Senior Finance Business Partner, supporting some of the UK’s biggest companies. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
* Leading commercial proposals and product costings, presenting to senior stakeholders for sign-off
* Driving the forecasting and IBP cycle, ensuring accuracy and insight across key accounts
* Providing ad hoc analysis using market data to shape commercial strategy
* Partnering with account teams and demand planners to deliver profitable growth
* Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership – influencing decisions, not just reporting numbers
What you will need:
* Strong commercial finance/business partnering experience, ideally with full P&L ownership
* Previous experience in a similar role, such as Senior Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance Partner / Finance Business Partner / Senior Management Accountant / Commercial Accountant / Finance Manager
* Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work at pace
* Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport across commercial functions
* Ambition and resilience – this is a role for someone who wants to progress
