With a turnover of £10 million, we are focused on further growth and expanding our client base across the UK. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Recruiter to manage a 360 recruitment desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, winning new business, managing existing accounts, and making placements across temporary blue collar roles in construction. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to placement. * Generate new business through cold calling, site visits, and strategic outbound activity. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and account growth. * Post on LinkedIn and use the platform as brand awareness for yourself and the business * Conduct candidate interviews and ensure compliance with client requirements. * Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits to assess hiring needs. * Maintain accurate records using internal systems and databases. Requirements * Minimum 1–3 years' recruitment experience, ideally in construction or industrial sectors. * Proven track record of business development and managing a busy recruitment desk. * Full UK driving licence (site visits required). * Confident using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Able to work independently and as part of a team.
