My client, a new and used franchise dealer, is recruiting for a Used Car Sales Executive to join their busy branch in Aberdeen. Those with Car, LCV and Commercial Vehicles sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:
7. Achieve sales targets in line with agreed KPIs.
8. Effectively promote and sell additional items such as GAP, paint protection, service plans and warranties.
9. Keep up to date with current finance options regulations and legislation to be able to provide our customers with all available options.
10. Take the time to talk to people & build a genuine rapport in order to identify exactly what your customer needs, turning opportunities into business.
11. Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities with each sale.
Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:
12. Brilliant rapport building skills.
13. Motivation and drive.
14. The ability to deliver a first class Customer buying experience and maximise every profit opportunity.
15. An enthusiasm and passion for exceeding targets.
16. Knowledge of IT Systems including Microsoft Office
17. A full, UK driving licence.
18. Experience working in a target-driven retail sales background.
19. Exceptional Customer Service skills.
20. Strong and effective communication skills.
