Job Description
3. Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
4. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
5. Manage vendor communications and address payment inquiries promptly.
6. Assist in month-end closing and generate relevant financial reports.
7. Maintain accurate and organised financial records for auditing purposes.
8. Support the accounting & finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant financial and accountancy regulations and company procedures.
10. Contribute to process improvements within the accounts payable function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk will have experience in the above and be on short notice
