About Us:
We are a fast-growing automotive e-commerce business based in Manchester, specialising in automotive wheels and wheel accessories. We sell through our own WooCommerce website, as well as Amazon and eBay marketplaces. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Listing Specialist to help us grow and maintain our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, upload and maintain product listings on Amazon (Seller Central), eBay and WooCommerce.
Write compelling product titles, descriptions, features & benefits, bullet points, and ensure compliance with each platforms listing policies.
Upload and manage product images, variants, pricing and inventory across channels.
Optimise listings for search visibility (keywords, SEO), conversion and sales performance.
Monitor listings for accuracy, correct errors, update listings when products change.
Coordinate with internal teams (stock/inventory, marketing, fulfilment) to ensure listings are live, accurate and timely.
Use reporting tools to analyse listing performance and suggest improvements.
Stay up-to-date with marketplace rules, trends and best practice.
Person Specification:
Good school grades (GCSEs and/or A-levels or equivalent) demonstrating strong academic ability and attention to detail.
Previous experience listing products on Amazon, eBay and ideally a WooCommerce site (or general e-commerce listing experience).
Strong written English and grammar (for crafting descriptions).
Good IT skills: comfortable with using spreadsheets, uploading bulk listings, managing product data.
A good eye for detail (image quality, variant consistency, accurate specs).
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time and work to deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Keen interest in e-commerce, marketplaces and digital retail.
Team player but also able to work independently.
