Working closely with clients, architects, and the commercial team, you’ll ensure every aspect of the build meets the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and precision. Your key responsibilities will include: * Overseeing all phases of construction for high-end single-dwelling projects. * Leading site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve program and quality objectives. * Managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation. * Maintaining close communication with clients and design teams to ensure vision and expectations are met. * Upholding the company’s standards for health, safety, and environmental compliance. * Driving a culture of excellence, precision, and accountability on site.
