We are looking to recruit an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant for our Rotherham office in the town centre. You might be an established Senior Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager seeking a new opportunity with a growing business. Alternatively, you could be a Recruitment Consultant aiming to step into your first senior role. gap personnel will equip you with all the tools to succeed.

Your Responsibilities:
* Supporting the branch to achieve budgeted and non-financial targets
* Developing existing relationships within the client base
* Creating and maximising new business opportunities and negotiating the best commercial terms to enhance branch profitability
* Writing a business plan to ensure achievement of targets
* Supporting all branch client accounts and reviewing service levels to implement improvements as needed
* Achieving agreed financial and non-financial targets
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and standards
Your Required Experience:
* Excellent client management skills with a proven track record of growing and retaining business
* Experience in developing people within their careers
* Good knowledge of the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire recruitment markets
* Ability to attract and recruit candidates aligned with client needs
* Experience managing clients through challenging times
* Proven success in winning new business
The gap personnel Mansfield office is well established in the local markets. We need a passionate and driven individual eager to operate across the South West without territorial conflicts. You will have autonomy with extensive support including marketing, compliance, sales support, credit control, and centralized/localized sales divisions to help you succeed.
What’s Your Return:
* Basic salary up to £35,000pa plus bonuses on new and existing business
* Full-time hours (37.5 hrs)
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (33 total). Up to 5 days can be bought annually
