With structured pay-scales and clear career progression, Compass will support you with the training and experience to develop into roles such as Senior Residential Support Worker, Deputy Manager or Residential Manager.
Note: You must be 22 years old or above to apply, and you must have a valid driving licence.

What will I do as a Residential Support Worker?
* Assist with the care of our children and young people using your experience and training, with ongoing support and development.
* Support a therapeutic approach with reflective practice to continuously improve care.
* Build positive relationships with children, safeguard them at all times, and meet their needs.
* Create timetables, set boundaries and maintain consistency and organization.
* Engage with a variety of children and young people, including those requiring high levels of supervision and support.
