Responsibilities
Driving Sales
* Drive and exceed the sales budget
* Develop and implement an action‑oriented business plan for the location
* Monitor and drive store and team KPIs to maximize growth opportunities
* Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in customer experience across the sales team
* Build and maintain client relationships in line with company guidelines to drive repeat business
* Network with corporate and local clients to support the HQ team with revenue‑driving events
Building a Strong Team
* Set clear individual sales objectives and KPIs and provide ongoing coaching and training
* Coach and develop team through feedback and performance reviews to support career development
* Manage team in accordance with company policy, escalating issues as they arise
* Support recruitment: interview candidates and compile feedback from trial shifts
* Implement approved brand and product training to ensure consistent styling advice and inspiration
Delivering Efficiency
* Execute visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard
* Maintain an accurate stock file and conduct regular stock counts
* Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling through regular team training
* Ensure proper processing of in‑store services (engraving, aftercare) through regular training
Qualifications
* Experience leading and coaching a team to success, with the ability to develop people in retail roles
* Demonstrated passion for customer service and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* People management skills and ability to handle escalations effectively
* Commercial awareness with a track record of improving sales, KPIs, and driving targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment with a flexible approach
* Organised with an ability to produce quality work within deadlines
* Proactive and solution‑focused mindset at all times

Additional Requirements
Fully flexible to work across all locations and shift times. Ability to document authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
Travel Requirements
Travel to other boutiques and concessions may be required.
