We’re partnering with one of Essex’s most established and ambitious property groups, now investing heavily in AI, automation, and digital growth.
They’re looking for someone to take ownership of how technology drives customer journeys, engagement, and conversion across multiple brands.
What you’ll be doing
* Designing and optimising automated customer journeys across sales and lettings
* Implementing and improving AI-driven content workflows (including video/avatar tools)
* Working across marketing, tech, and leadership to drive smarter, more efficient processes
* Evaluating and introducing new tools to keep the business ahead of the curve
What they’re looking for
* Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Force24, etc.)
* Strong understanding of CRM data, segmentation, and integrations
* Hands‑on exposure to AI tools / LLMs in a commercial setting
* A practical, curious mindset — someone who enjoys testing, building, and improving
* Ability to translate ideas into action in a fast‑moving environment
Any experience with AI video tools, SEO, or property/estate agency platforms would also be very useful.
