This is an exciting opportunity for a focused, energetic, customer centric engineer to use existing core skills and develop new ones to become the next generation of Heating Engineer.
Your Role: As a Full-Time, Permanent Heating Engineer/Renewable Energy Engineer, you will:
* Service, fault-find, and repair a variety of renewable energy technologies, including but not limited to all types of Heatpumps, Solar Thermal and Solar PV systems.
* Working with a team of others in the installation of complete new heating systems
* Undergo ongoing training to gain new technical skills and consolidate core competencies
* Travel across East Anglia to provide top-notch service to our clients.
What We're Looking For:
* An energetic quality focused individual with a willingness to learn new skills
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating.
* G3 Unvented Certificate.
* Experience with heating systems, especially Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar Thermal systems (desirable but not essential).
* Hard working strong Team Player
* Physical ability for occasional heavy lifting.
* A valid driving license with no more than 6 points is essential.
* Independence and initiative to work on your own when needed.
* We cover the whole of East Anglia and therefore a willingness to travel across this area is essential
