Position Overview
The Tayside Health Visiting Service is recruiting Health Visitors to deliver care across rural and urban areas in Tayside. Positions include full‑time posts: 2 × 22.5‑hour posts (or RWW equivalent) and 1 × 30‑hour post (or RWW equivalent).
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver the National Universal Health Visiting Pathway and the GIRFEC national approach to children, families, and communities.
* Collaborate with multi‑agency and third‑sector partners to provide excellent support.
* Participate in regular management and child‑protection supervision.
* Engage in ongoing professional development, internal and external training.
Qualifications
* Registered as a Health Visitor with the SCCPN (Health Visiting) and holding a current UK NMC registration.
* Must be registered on Sub‑part 1: RN1 or RNA, or Sub‑part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register.
* Must complete the Health Visiting qualification within the next three months, if not yet qualified.
Salary and Working Hours
* 22.5 hours per week posts (or RWW equivalent) – 2 posts.
* 30 hours per week post (or RWW equivalent) – 1 post.
* Full‑time employment, entry level.
