The Community Occupational Therapy Service in Rochdale is seeking an experienced Community Occupational Therapist to join their friendly and skilled team. Key Responsibilities Undertake strength-based and incremental assessments for equipment and home adaptations. Manage a varied caseload efficiently across community settings. Apply a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies influencing community OT practice. Work collaboratively with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote independence and safety. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional standards. Requirements Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration. Previous experience in a community setting (essential). Strong assessment, communication, and organisational skills.
