Job Opportunity: Team Manager in Retail Merchandising
Join our team and work on high-profile projects for leading UK grocery and DIY chains. We are seeking experienced Team Managers to lead merchandising teams on various store projects, including new stores, refits, and range reviews.
Role Details
1. Shift Pattern: 4-5 shifts per week, Sunday to Thursday, with days and nights (mainly nights). Shifts are typically 12 hours long.
2. Responsibilities: Leading and supporting merchandising teams, executing tasks as per client requirements, communicating progress, conducting health and safety checks, and managing stock and shelf adjustments.
3. Travel: Work at different retail sites with travel varying per shift. Accommodation provided if required.
4. Requirements: Experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or team management. Ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and work unsociable hours including early mornings and nights. Manual handling involved.
Compensation & Benefits
* Pay Rate: £14.57 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£13.00 + £1.57).
