Location: THE PIG Hotel, Brockenhurst, SO42 7QL
Salary: £35,424 per annum (OTE £43,630.40 per annum, including tronc).
Hours: 45 hours per week over 5 days, including any paid overtime.
We are currently looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar team.
Our bars at THE PIG are unique! We smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink. All of our cocktails are designed with the kitchen garden in mind, providing essential ingredients to infuse our locally sourced spirits. Our vodkas are infused by herbs, flowers and berries from the garden, bacon added to our bourbon and caramel to our rum. There is no limit to what we can do and this all comes from the creative minds of our bar team.
Responsibilities
* A can‑do attitude and willingness to muck in is essential.
* Support the effective set‑up and operation of the bar areas.
* Lead a team of skilled bartenders and bar staff.
* Work proactively on the floor, behind the bar, and support the bar team’s knowledge and development.
* Stay up-to-date with current drink trends and bring natural creativity to guest service.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role is essential.
* Strong knowledge of beverages, from classic cocktails to spirits, beers, and wines.
