Aftercare Manager
Location: Coventry (Regional Position)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

Working for an established construction contractor based in the Midlands, we are recruiting an Aftercare Manager to manage snagging, defects, and minor works packages typically valued up to £100k, ensuring a high standard of delivery and client satisfaction.
The Role:
* Manage all aftercare and defects activities across completed construction projects.
* Carry out site inspections to identify snagging items and defects, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver small works and repair packages, often across multiple sites simultaneously.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients during the aftercare period, maintaining strong relationships.
* Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
* Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of defects, works completed, and outstanding issues.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company quality standards.
* Liaise with internal project delivery teams to provide feedback and support continuous improvement.
The Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Site Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
* Proven track record delivering projects within education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
* Experience managing snagging, defects, and small-value works (ideally up to £100k).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Good technical knowledge of construction processes and building standards.
* Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS (or equivalent) preferred.
