Role Profile
We have an exciting opportunity for candidates to join our team on a 9-month FTC, the successful candidate will receive in-depth training while working for a large, global Finance-Technology company with excellent progression opportunities.
Specific Role Responsibilities
1. Representing the client in a professional manner
2. Managing rent receipts, rental records, rent queries and rent arrears
3. Managing insurance payments, refunds and recharges along with associated spreadsheets
4. Managing mortgages including capital repayments, loan redemptions, mortgage payment failures and updating mortgage balances on the system
5. Managing the property bank accounts and surplus balances distributions
6. Making property invoice payments and maintaining associated spreadsheets
7. Processing VAT transactions in preparation for monthly VAT returns
8. Dealing with property and mortgage ownership transactions and changes in ownership.
9. Ability to take and make telephone calls
You will also be responsible for: -
10. Liaising with valuers, pension members, HMRC and professional advisers
What we are looking for
11. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications with Excel capability to at least an intermediate level
12. Some accountancy, mortgage and/or property experience would be an advantage
13. Excellent numerical ability, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
14. Credit control and property management useful to have
15. First class verbal and written communication skills
16. A customer-focussed, professional and courteous working manner
17. Commitment to and awareness of the team and changing workloads
18. Flexibility and a willingness to get involved
19. Ability to meet deadlines, taking personal ownership to achieve team goals
20. General administration experience
