Relief Care Supervisor – Ely, Cambridgeshire
McCarthy Stone is hiring a Relief Care Supervisor to support our friendly team at Ely, Cambridgeshire. Responsibilities include:
* Respond to emergency calls during night shifts.
* Oversee and assist with day‑to‑day care tasks.
* Coordinate and support engaging social activities.
* Foster a positive, welcoming environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications
* Experience in a senior care role.
* Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A caring, friendly, and reliable attitude.
* Team leadership experience is a bonus.
Pay & Working Hours
Day shifts: £15.75 per hour
Night shifts: £12.24 per hour
Weekend premium: Additional £1 per hour
Additional supplemental £10.53 per sleep shift
Shifts: Flexible day, evening and weekend shifts.
