Job Purpose
This is a development role with opportunity for additional responsibility. Working with the Head of Procurement and assisting the team to support all aspects of the procurement function whilst organising and maintaining departmental administration and reporting.
What you will contribute
Maintain the management information systems, ensuring procurement records, data and pricing are complete and accurate; includes but not limited to; SAP and shared drives/documents
Assist with the sourcing of raw materials from existing and new suppliers.
Take on some responsibility for selected vendors under supervision.
Prepare, collate and analyse reports for presentation to the procurement management
Assist in the preparation of tender documentation.

What you will bring
Degree level or the ability to demonstrate equivalent skills to cover numeracy; strong written and verbal communication and problem solving.
Microsoft Office skills; namely Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Membership and progression towards CIPS accreditation preferred or commitment to pursue.
Self-motivated and adaptable to the demands of a fast-changing high growth business with the confidence to constructively challenge.
Confidence in communicating at all levels throughout the business
Effectively meeting internal and external customer needs whilst building productive relationships and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction.
