We’re looking for a confident, persuasive, and resilient salesperson. Someone who thrives on winning new accounts and building strong relationships with hospitality decision-makers.
Tasks – What You’ll Be Doing
* Generating new business within the hospitality sector across an assigned North East territory.
* Selling bed linen, table linen and spa ranges to independent hotels, small groups, and hospitality operators.
* Delivering high‑impact client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
* Building relationships with General Managers, Housekeeping Managers, and Buying teams.
* Managing your diary and CRM pipeline to maximise sales activity.
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to convert opportunities and secure long-term contracts.
* Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements – What We’re Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience (hospitality experience is a bonus, not essential).
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the confidence to win business independently.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Highly self‑motivated, organised, and target-driven.
* Ability to analyse performance metrics and shape a local sales strategy.
* Full UK driving licence (company car provided).
