Location: Birmingham Business Park
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join a dynamic and growing team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering accurate financial insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and analyse financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
* Monitor financial performance and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
* Support month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
* Assist in developing financial models to support strategic planning.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a finance or analytical role.
* Strong Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
* Strong communication skills to present findings clearly.
* Part-qualified or studying towards ACCA/CIMA (desirable but not essential).
