Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery of Pega-based solutions
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget
* Track progress, risks, and dependencies
* Stakeholder Management
* Act as the primary contact between business teams and technical teams
* Communicate project status, issues, and milestones
* Align delivery with business goals
* Team Coordination
* Lead cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA, business analysts)
* Assign tasks and ensure efficient resource utilization
* Quality & Governance
* Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and standards
* Monitor deliverables for quality and compliance
* Manage change requests and scope control
* Identify potential risks early
* Strong knowledge of the Pega Platform (case management, workflows, decisioning)
* Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and in a RAINBOW model
* Project management experience (often with tools like Jira, MS Project)
* Understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) concepts
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience
* Pega certifications (e.g., CSA, CSSA, or LSA)
* Background in IT delivery or consulting
