Are you a skilled technician with a passion for precision and quality? Our client is seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and test parts to ensuring they meet rigorous quality standards.
Conduct thorough testing of assembled parts, taking ownership of the quality assurance process.
Build low-pressure modifications with precision and attention to detail.
Engage in ongoing training on new iCO products, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
Maintain confidence and knowledge of ISO criteria to ensure compliance in all processes.
Perform final quality control reviews of products before shipment, ensuring all items meet specifications.
Create a safe working environment by properly utilising Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, masks, and gloves.
Test and troubleshoot equipment before installation, identifying and resolving any issues.
Keep work premises tidy and organised, contributing to a productive workspace.
Conduct stock checks and manage inventory levels effectively.
Receive deliveries and prepare orders for despatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
organise work tasks to maintain healthy stock reserves and ensure efficient workflow.
Follow health and safety standards diligently, promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.
Implement fire risk management strategies as part of your daily responsibilities.
Undertake various tasks as required by the business to support team objectives.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing environments preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Knowledge of ISO standards and health & safety regulations is a plus.
