We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Insights Specialist.
You will help to drive the overall customer experience strategy within the UK by making our frontline teams more empowered to help the customer. This will be done through working with the skilled insights team to identify opportunities and driving change within the query management platforms.

Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of assigned insight workstreams, such as dashboards, speech analytics and Cloud Datastore modelling
* Assist in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights tailored to internal stakeholders
* Collaborate across multiple teams in UK Commercial Banking and Global Teams where necessary to identify and solve problems
* Support the understanding and crossmatching of Virtual Assistant intents, as well as customer survey data to Speech data to identify trends, and maintain tagging strategies and speech topics, ensuring accuracy of tagging
* Develop and document processes and technical guidance for reusable analytics
Qualifications
* Have advanced knowledge of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and the wider M365 Suite
* Have the ability to build and support dashboards as well as model data through systems like Snowflake and Google Cloud
* Have strong analytical ability with a background in business, operational or customer insights
* Strong organisational, communication and teamwork skills
* A desire for providing excellent customer experience
* Have a collaborative approach with both team, colleagues, stakeholders and other business segments
