Job Title: Account Manager (Engineering / M&E)

Main Purpose: To methodically process quotes with attention to detail and a customer-first approach. You should be practically minded, inquisitive, and a natural problem solver with a technical background.
The Role:
* Manage enquiries and process quotations responsibly and intelligently to maximize upsell opportunities and serve the best interests of clients.
* Follow up on quotations and negotiate to convert them into orders.
* Build trusting relationships with clients.
* Update and maintain the CRM with details of communication.
* Liaise with Customer Services, Account Managers, Sales Ledger, and Purchasing regarding client requirements.
The Person:
* Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Experience within a technical product or engineering business.
