Envirolab, a member of RSK Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Administrator based in our office in Hyde, UK.
Envirolab is one of the fastest growing analytical laboratories in the UK, with an outstanding track record for delivering analysis competitively and on time. The company provides environmental analytical services predominately of soil and groundwater samples.
The Role:
The role will require you to work from 9:00am - 5:30pm, 5 days a week reporting to Administration and Client Services Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as main point of contact for clients.
* Resolve any issues that arise with clients swiftly, including all emails and calls.
* Keep clients informed of progress of projects and endeavour to meet deadlines on all projects.
* Maintain relationships with current clients.
* Approval of contract review and checking scheduling
* Producing and approving reports and invoices
* Complete weekly invoice batch for accounts
* Assist with production of KPI data
* Ensure all project related admin tasks are being completed and assist if needed.
* Any other duties deemed reasonable for this position.
Person specification:
* Experience in customer service sector is desirable
* Confident and well organised
* Excellent phone manner
* IT efficient and able to use all Microsoft packages
