Move Manager / Sales Progressor at haart Ely
We’re looking for an organized, detail-focused Move Manager / Sales Progressor with a proven track record of success in administrative roles. Experience within estate agency, residential lettings, or a strong understanding of the home-buying process is highly desirable.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales journey
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of branch sales progression
- Assisting with and processing home sales from offer to completion
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders in the home-moving process
- Supporting the wider team to deliver an efficient and professional customer experience
Compensation and Benefits
Basic annual salary is between £20,000 and £22,000, depending on experience.
- Complete on-target earnings of £30,000 per year
- Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a percentage of the pipeline: 65% - £250, 75% - £500, 85% - £750
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role
- Experience or knowledge of Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills
- Passionate about haart, our values, and processes
- A hunger to earn, drive to work hard and reap rewards
