What you’ll be doing: - Leading a large engineering and operational team to deliver exceptional site performance, engagement, and accountability. - Driving a culture of continuous improvement across safety, reliability, productivity, and service. - Moving the operation from reactive maintenance to predictive, data-led asset management. - Using technology, insight, and innovation to improve uptime and extend equipment life. - Identifying and delivering efficiency opportunities that improve cost performance and customer outcomes. - Managing CAPEX priorities and understanding the impact of engineering decisions on P&L performance. - Building capability, coaching future leaders, and creating a culture where people thrive. - Setting a clear vision for the future and bringing teams with you on the journey. - Working cross-functionally with operational leaders to ensure engineering is a true strategic partner.
