The role:
You will join at the start of a new automation programme, helping define how automation is delivered across the organisation.
You will work closely with an external delivery partner and internal stakeholders (engineering, development, operations) to analyse current processes, design improved workflows, and support the rollout of automation initiatives.
This is a hands-on Business Analyst role in an Agile environment, with a strong focus on process mapping, requirements definition, and driving measurable efficiency improvements.
Hybrid working with flexibility - some weeks on-site for workshops or stakeholder engagement, others fully remote.

* Analyse and document current (as-is) processes
* Design future-state (to-be) processes aligned to automation
* Gather and define business and functional requirements
* Work with stakeholders to identify efficiencies and improvements
* Support solution design with delivery partner and technical teams
* Develop BA standards, templates and best practices
* Identify risks, issues and dependencies across projects
* Support delivery and post-implementation reviews
