Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition. Support clients in engaging with their community and pursuing interests that matter to them. Requirements Experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a good command of English. Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively. A compassionate approach with a genuine desire to help others. A valid driver's license is beneficial for travel between client homes.
