Brightwork is recruiting a Customer Services Advisor to join a hard-working, friendly team. You will be working in the sales department on a 6-month temporary contract, but you could go permanent if you are awesome!

This seasonal role starts immediately. You'll be working full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm on-site.
This role meets the NMW, and you will be fully trained as you progress, earning over £480 weekly.
Your Time at Work
As a Customer Service/Sales Advisor, you will:
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls
- Work as part of a team onsite, completing and sending emails with quotations
- Have polite and friendly phone manners and a willingness to help customers
- Maintain a consistent pace and positive attitude, and able to take accurate notes
- Being able to navigate Word and Excel is essential
