About Our Client:
A dynamic and innovative organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join their team as an Internal Account Manager. With a strong focus on managing relationships with existing customers, this role provides an excellent opportunity for sales professionals who are looking to expand their skills and who is eager to transition into managing relationships with existing customers across the UK, Europe, and America.
Duties include but aren't limited to:
8. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
9. Providing exceptional customer service
10. Conducting client research to understand their needs and preferences
11. Managing the customer base and proactively reaching out to existing clients throughout the year
12. Creating tailored business proposals for each individual customer
13. Processing orders efficiently and accurately
14. Facilitating both face-to-face and virtual client meetings
15. Addressing technical queries and providing support to customers
16. Recording all relevant information on the CRM system
17. Collaborating closely with other departments and teams
18. Handling administrative tasks associated with the role
Skills desired:
19. Previous sales experience - B2B
20. Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
21. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
22. Attention to detail and strong grammar and punctuation skills
23. European language skills are advantageous but not essential
