The Opportunity
* Join our client, a leading and growing Construction & Engineering team with a strong track record across major infrastructure projects internationally
* Be part of the Cambridge office – working closely with the London team and globally recognised lawyers
* Advise on disputes arising from complex, high-profile infrastructure projects across a diverse range of clients and sectors
* Exposure to both UK and international matters, with opportunities to handle cross-border disputes and collaborate with colleagues worldwide

The Role
* Advise on contentious issues relating to major infrastructure and construction projects
* Handle adjudication, litigation (including Technology & Construction Court), arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution
* Provide early risk management and project advice to help clients minimise disputes before they escalate
* Manage your own caseload and play a key role in client relationships while supporting the wider team on complex, high-value matters
* Contribute to business development and mentor junior lawyers within the practice
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years PQE with strong experience in construction or infrastructure disputes
* Excellent technical and analytical skills with a commercial approach
* Strong communication and client-handling abilities
* Proactive, collaborative and motivated to develop your career within a market-leading team
* An interest in building long-term relationships with clients in diverse sectors
