This is a key role with responsibility for managing the commercial performance of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Key Responsibilities Lead commercial management across multiple water infrastructure projects Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration Manage risk, variations, and ensure contractual compliance Work closely with project teams, clients, and supply chain partners Mentor and support junior commercial staff About You Proven experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role within a main contractor environment Experience working on infrastructure or water/utilities projects (preferred) Strong commercial awareness and negotiation xxuwjjq skills Knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g.
